Welcome to our cozy apartment, which is ideal for relaxing holidays. The apartment with balcony, beautiful large garden and pool is centrally located just a 4-minute walk from the promenade and the lake. Including bathing tickets for Lake Klopein & Lake Turner. Attractive tourist attractions, bike & hiking trails, mini golf, tennis & golf course, restaurants & cafes and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. The space Our cozy, 50 m² apartment is fully furnished and has a lovely balcony. Our private pool (dimensions: about 12 m x 4 m) is located in our south-facing garden. Loungers and parasols are available in our garden. The promenade and the lake are reachable in a few minutes' walk.
