Upon entering, you are welcomed into a mudroom, ideal for storing outdoor gear. The open-concept living room and kitchen create a warm, inviting space. Several seating areas are available for reading, working, or cozying up in front of the wood-burning fireplace to enjoy a movie. Perfect for families or groups, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything necessary for meal preparation. Additionally, there is a second living area filled with natural light, a designated workspace, games, and extra seating. A patio off this living room includes a grill for outdoor cooking. This floor also features a full bathroom and a washer/dryer for convenience. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and another full bathroom.
