Welcome to our lovingly renovated and furnished attic apartment in a very central location in Iphofen, one of the most beautiful wine towns in Franconia at the foot of the Schwanberg! This cozy accommodation offers the ideal retreat for short or long breaks. Shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the train station, bus stop and the Knauf company are all within easy walking distance. You also have your own parking space directly in front of the apartment. The space The attic apartment combines living and sleeping areas in an inviting, open-plan design: Living and sleeping areas: Comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), perfect for relaxing after a day in the vineyards. There is also a work area with a desk and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. Kitchen: A small seating area for 2 people and is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including freezer compartment), sink, ceramic hob, small oven, 2 coffee machines (filter and coffee pods), dishes, cutlery, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans. Bathroom 1: Toilet, sink, and mirror Bathroom 2: Shower Balcony: Seating area for 4 people, fully covered and overlooking the garden. Guest access There is a parking space available in the courtyard at the rear left, directly in front of the carport. The door right next to it is the entrance to the apartment. In the entrance area, you will find a cloakroom. The living area is accessed via a somewhat steep staircase. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Other things to note Iphofen is a picturesque wine town in Lower Franconia, known for its excellent wines, historic old town and well-preserved city wall. The idyllic location at the foot of the Schwanberg makes the place a popular destination for wine lovers and those seeking relaxation. Highlights are the numerous wineries, the Knauf Museum with its collection of plaster casts, and the charming half-timbered houses. In addition, hiking and cycling trails in the area as well as wine hikes and regional events such as wine festivals invite you to enjoy the Franconian way of life. Iphofen is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Franconian wine region.
