Industrial loft. Beautiful space in Charlieu (city center and municipal swimming pool 5 min walk) in a former textile factory. Loft with two patios (including a large space with barbecue, garden furniture, parasol...), two parking spaces in the accommodation (others in the street in front of the accommodation) and a private spa inside. Please note, if you book at the last minute we cannot guarantee that the spa will be operational (please contact us before booking) The space The loft has a large kitchen open to the living room, a private spa in a room adjoining the living room, two bathrooms, two separate toilets, three bedrooms (one family room with a large 160 cm bed and two small 90 cm beds, one bedroom with a large 160 cm double bed and a wooden baby bed, and one bedroom with a large 160 cm double bed and a closed mezzanine with two 90 cm beds). There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cleaning supplies. Two patios offer you an outdoor space. Reversible air conditioning heating in the living room and kitchen, radiators in the bedrooms. Cleaning is not included in the rental price. If you do not wish to do so, please let us know in advance (price: €100) Guest access complete accommodation, adjoining on both sides (former textile factory divided into several floors).
