The lower level of this house is occupied by host & has it's own separate entrance The space Hot tub jets/massage(bubble)functions are not available but still can use the waterfall,temperature control and light. This is a beautiful, cozy four split home.only shared place in this property is driveway. you will be occupying the entire two upper levels of this home with full access to the private two tier deck,hot tub and backyard. Lower level of this house is occupied by the host and has it's own separate entrance. The house equipped with one king size bed and two queen size beds and a single bed that comfortable enough for 7 adults and a infant. Master bedroom with ensuite king size bed and a one single bed,dressing table . common washroom with bathtub. other two rooms with queen size beds.all bedrooms comes with a room dark shades.Fully equipped kitchen with all the spices that you need for your culinary adventures and 4 seater dining table,kitchen island. living room equipped with two sofas and two high chairs along with 60"QLED Smart tv including Netflix and YouTube streaming.Fully fenced backyard large enough to play with your Fur baby. This unit has a Washer/dryer combo that loaded with detergent and softener usually good enough for 5 to 6 loads.(please allow about 2 to 5 hours to complete the cycle). you can park one vehicle on the left side of the driveway where the main door is located and more parking available on the street. No access to the lower level unit, garage and shed. Patio furnitures,BBQ ,Fire pit are NOT AVAILABLE months between November to April. Full amenities are yours to use. NO VISITORS ALLOWED.(unless prior approval from the host). Guest access No visitors allowed(unless prior approval from the host).Guest have access to the upper levels of this home except garage,shed and lower level unit. Guest have one parking spot on left side of the driveway where the house number is posted.more parking is available on the street. Full amenities are yours to use. Not allowed to use Hot tub between 8pm to 7am daily. Patio furnitures are not available months between November to April. Lower level unit is occupied and has it's own separate entrance. Other things to note Hot tub jets functions are not available but still can use the waterfall,lights and change the temperature. Shoes are not allowed to wear inside the house.VISITORS NOT ALLOWED. no pet's allowed in the hot tub.
