Nestled in the most secluded spot in the community, this home provides ultimate privacy while still offering access to a private community pool, boat launch, pickleball & tennis courts, private beaches & community events. The space This home was custom built with much thought over a few years. With 3 bedrooms + office spread across two floors, the space will accommodate 8 guests (no more than 8 guests allowed per HOA). The main bedroom is the only bedroom on the main floor, the remaining 2 bedrooms + office are on the lower level. When you walk in to the residence you will be greeted with vaulted wood ceilings and massive floor to ceiling windows off the living space. Connected to the living space is the dining room & kitchen with all you'll need during your stay (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). There are 3 decks total on the NW side of the home, a private deck off the main-floor bedroom, one off the kitchen with grill & dining table, and one that spans the entire side of the home downstairs. The HOA requires a form to be filled out acknowledging you’ve read the Sun Cove rules and restrictions regarding the community and shared amenities. This will be sent when your booking is approved. * There is a 3 car MAXIMUM rule. No more than 3 vehicles can be parked on the property. The garage is not available to guests. A personalized door code will be sent before your arrival. Other things to note Our staff aims to open the pool by mid-May and keep it open until mid-October, weather permitting. Boat launch & shared dock (for loading/unloading only, no moorage). Boats cannot be parked in trailer parking overnight at the boat launch, and fueling on the water (marina included) is prohibited. 3 car MAX rule for the home. No more than 3 vehicles are allowed during tour stay per HOA rules. We will be fined. Parking passes are provided and needed for community spaces (pool, boat launch, tennis courts) Trash needs to be removed by guests before checking out.
