Leonard Wood or traveling for business, this is the perfect home base. With additional homes available to rent on the farmstead, we can accommodate groups from 1 to 33. Book now and start your Missouri adventure in style! Guest access You will have full access to this house, large yard, and the spot closest to the shared pool. You will have amazing 360 farm views. For your safety, please stay on the farmstead only and avoid the farm roads or fields without an owner chaperone. Other things to note You can watch trains travel on the Burlington Norther Railroad across the farm from the front porch. You may hear trains in the distance. Accessibility - Inside the home is one level. There are single steps up from the driveway to the sidewalk, sidewalk to porch, and porch into the front door. There are 3 steps down into the theater room. There are four steps down onto the back patio/pool area. Railroad - Enjoy a great view of the Burlington Northern Railroad across the farm. You may hear the train in the distance. Pool - The pool is located nearest The Blue Brick and open between 9AM-9PM. It is shared amongst four homes. It is not heated and kept open as long as possible, typically mid May to early October. Rarely it may be closed briefly for private events. Extended check in/out – We work hard to clean your home. Due amount of cleaning/laundry required between stays we cannot accommodate late check in/out. If you need more time please extend your stay an additional night. Healthy & Clean – We work to be able to clean and turn this home on the same day for new guests. Our property is strictly 100% smoke-free and vape-free. A $500 professional remediation fee will be assessed if any evidence of, or odor of, smoking/vaping is found in the home (including porches/patios) or any excessive mess is left behind requiring heavy-duty deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover. Consumable Amenities - Please note that we provide a typical number of consumable amenities based on the length of your stay (such as paper towels, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, etc).
