The space Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the villa is an oasis of peace where nature takes centre stage: majestic palm trees, fragrant lemon trees and an enchanting wisteria shrouding the patio create a dreamlike atmosphere. The large swimming pool (16x5) with whirlpool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, is the ideal place to relax in the sun, sipping a drink and admiring the view. The main building is perfect for accommodating up to six guests, with three spacious bedrooms upstairs: one double bedroom, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed that can be turned into a double. The interiors are meticulously designed, with two full bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub) for maximum comfort. The ground floor houses a large living room with a study corner, ideal for relaxing or working, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious dishes inspired by Sicilian cuisine. For those travelling with family or friends, the separate annexe adds a touch of versatility, with its lounge, living room, full kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. Perfect for providing privacy and independence for all guests. Outside, a patio with barbecue invites you to long summer evenings under the stars, grilling and laughing. Guest access the villa and outdoor areas are entirely for your exclusive use. PLEASE NOTE: the dependance will only be open if you are more than 6 persons. If you also want it when you are less than 6 persons, there is an extra cleaning fee of 100 euro to be paid in cash upon arrival. Other things to note The pool is open from 15 April to 30 October. The maximum depth of the pool is 3.3m. It is essential to have a car to get around. On arrival you will be asked for your documents and signature of the contract. PLEASE NOTE: the dependance will only be open if you are more than 6 persons. If you also want it when you are less than 6 persons, there is an extra cleaning fee of 100 euro to be paid in cash upon arrival.
