Welcome to The Pod! A haven made for solo travelers looking to unwind. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat is tucked away on a quiet street, just 5 mins from Woolworths and Target. With a bus stop only 50 meters away, you’re a quick 20-minute ride to the CBD and just 10 minutes to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Relax, recharge, and enjoy all the essentials you need for a peaceful stay. Next to the POD is “Urban Solo”, another self-contained tiny home for solo travellers, and the owner lives onsite. The space The pod includes a double bed, a dining/work table, and a basic kitchen with essential appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Please note that cooking is not permitted. The space also features a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Guest access You can access the holiday POD through the gate in the carport area. Other things to note •No cooking is permitted in the pod •The space is strictly for the registered guest(s) only. •Please respect quiet hours after 9pm to maintain a peaceful environment for all. •Smoking is not allowed inside the pod/premises •A penalty fee applies if there is evidence of smoking inside. •Pets are not permitted. •The pod is self-contained, and housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. •Street parking is available. •Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.
