Apartment in Punta Blanca

Our cozy home is located in a 4 apartment condominium, has a small social area that has a grill and a small pool. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and television in all rooms and including the living room, hot water, TV with Netflix and Zapping to watch the pro league matches, internet with Netlife, washing machine, board games and a garage that corresponds to the apartment. The space Very close to the apartment is the beach of entrance 5 and entrance 7, also the church of Punta Blanca, we are 30 minutes from Salinas, 50 minutes from Montañita and 6 minutes from San Pablo so we are a central place with the possibility of visiting several beaches. Punta Blanca is a very safe and quiet place. Also, in its surroundings, there is a gas station, restaurants, and markets that will make your stay a complete experience. Guest access The condominium is located in a very new area so the street is not paved. The condominium has an electric fence and security cameras. The garage that corresponds to the apartment is located inside the property. There is the possibility of additional parking but there is an extra cost. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a person who lives very close to the condominium and will be happy to help with anything you need. Other things to note The apartment has electrical equipment. We don't use anything with gas to make it safer for our guests.
