"Aria" Suite, loft in villa with pool

The “Aria” suite, an independent and renovated 30 sqm accommodation with an energy-saving system, is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse, located in Alghero in a quiet area, with a garden and swimming pool shared with the other suites, furnished with care, equipped with all comforts, WiFi. The villa, called "Quinta Esencia," was born from the perfect encounter of two cultures, Angel's Spanish culture and Lisa's Sardinian culture, in which we live. The space The independent "Aria" suite, characterized by yellow and white colors, is an open space equipped with a private outdoor space for outdoor dining and is ideal for 2/3 people (pets are not allowed), and consists of a living room, with equipped kitchenette and washing machine, a double bed, a single pouf bed and a bathroom, described as follows: - the living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and various cabinets with everything you need, a cabinet on wheels with an LCD TV, a table and chairs and a drying rack. It is adjacent to the sleeping area as it is a single environment. The living/sleeping area has a hot/cold heat pump and is equipped with two windows with mosquito nets, obscured by curtains and openable shutters, and a French door with openable shutters. It also has a private outdoor patio where you can eat outdoors with an umbrella, table and chairs. - the sleeping area has a double bed, with a 160x200 orthopedic and anatomic mattress, a single pouf bed, a walk-in closet with mirror, a bedside table and a storage pouf. It is adjacent to the kitchenette as it is a single environment. The living/sleeping area has a hot/cold heat pump as described above. - the bathroom, closed by a sliding door and adjacent to the sleeping area, is equipped with a window with mosquito net and opening shutter, and consists of a 166x65 cm glass shower, a toilet and a sink with shelf and mirror with cabinet. It does not have a bidet. The villa, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and olive and fruit trees, is located in a rural wine-growing area, quiet, with a paved road and adjacent to a bar/tobacco shop and other villas, a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches and the sea of Alghero, as well as a 10-minute drive from the center of Alghero. Supermarkets/ice cream shops/restaurants/pizzerias/newsstands and other amenities are a 7-minute drive away. Just a 1-minute drive away is the fantastic archaeological site "the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruiu". Alghero Airport is less than a 5-minute drive away. It is advisable to have a car or motorcycle to get to the center of Alghero, its beaches, etc. Other things to note We will be happy to welcome our guests in the best possible way by offering an ideal alternative if you are a lover of nature, relaxation, good genuine food, culture and traditions and if you are looking for a place where you can disconnect from the chaos of the city, without having to give up some services nearby.
