Comfort and conviviality Two cozy bedrooms, a cozy small living room, a modern bathroom and an open kitchen to a friendly dining room. Great for sharing beautiful moments with family or friends. 🍷 Food and drink Upon your arrival, I reserve delicate touches that celebrate the Champagne art of living: a few sweets to snack, a selection of carefully chosen wines and, for amateurs, a glass of local champagne. What to start your stay with a friendly and tasty moment. Breakfast can be offered on request, subject to a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. 🎨 Carefully decorated Every detail of the house has been thought out with heart, mixing authenticity, modern comforts, and personal touches that remind you of its family history. 🌞 An expansive garden for the whole family The garden, carefully maintained, is a playground and relaxing: * Outdoor games for adults and children 👧🧒 *BBQ grill for delicious family meals 👨‍🍳 *Sunbathing to relax under a great blue sky ☀️ 🛋️ Occupancy limits The house comfortably sleeps 4 in bedrooms. A 5th and 6th person can also be installed in the living room, thanks to a double sofa bed. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, its garden and its private parking. A space just for you, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the village. Other things to note I know my region by heart and will be happy to advise you: walks through the vineyards, discovery of Essoyes and its artistic heritage, visits to cellars and passionate artisans. You will leave with much more than just a stay: a real immersion in the soul of Champagne.
