Inside, you’ll find: Two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each room includes convenient storage for your personal belongings. A travel cot is available for babies. A bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee machine, and more. A living room with a smart TV and WiFi for your moments of relaxation. Household linen (bed sheets, bath towels, bath mat, and tea towels) is included in the cleaning fee so you don’t have to worry about anything during your stay. Pets welcome: We are happy to host your pets, as long as you take responsibility for their cleanliness. Location: The building, constructed in 2023, is situated right on the seafront, facing Batz Island and the Perharidy peninsula. The beach is only a few steps away, and the Thalassotherapy Center is a 1-minute walk. You’ll also be close to many restaurants, cafés, and shops.
