Flat is located on a serene quiet street at Tesano. 10 minutes’ drive to North Industrial estate , 15 mins from Kotoka international airport and the Accra Mall. 5 mins walk to Peace FM and the Police station. There is 24 hours water supply, solar backup system, fully stocked kitchen, security and a cleaning service available. Great location, budget friendly and serene. The space The listing is an entire 3 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom is ensuite with it's own bath and toilet. There is a separate toilet and separate shower to be used by occupants in the other two bedrooms. There are 2 double beds in the master bedroom. There are 2 beds in each of the remaining bedrooms. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms including ceiling fans. There is hot water in all bathrooms. Complimentary wifi is provided for your use. You must top up yourself once you have used it up. For stays longer than 2-3 days the prepaid electricity is topped up before your arrival and you must top it up when it runs out.We will assist you to top it up when it runs out. It usually lasts for short stays upto a week depending on usage before running out. Thank you! Guest access The entire flat is for your exclusive use. Other things to note Electricity is paid for (flat has its own prepaid meter). We will provide you with preloaded credit for the meter and WIFI. Once the allocation runs out, guests will have to pay to top it up (this is normally for longer stays).We have a solar backup system which keeps the electricity bill low. The caretaker will assist them in doing so. We would like our guests to be sustainable in their use of energy and this will help the environment so dear to all of us. Toiletries provided are complimentary. If the complimentary supply is used up, guests will have to buy their own. The washing machine is free to use but you will have to use your own washing machine compliant soap. Laundry services can be provided by the cleaner for a small charge.
