The space Our 3 BHK apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with king-size beds (each coming with an ensuite bathroom), a full kitchen, living and dining room, and balconies with panoramic views of the mountains. We are on the fourth floor and accessible via lift. - Inverter installed for power backup - Parking available in basement -Just a 30 minute drive from Shimla’s Mall road - Driver boarding available on paid basis - Cook can be arranged to prepare meals - For more than 6 guests, we have floor mattresses available at additional cost. ** Living room ** The living and dining room offers spellbinding décor and little touches inspired by the most famous wizarding world created; every corner holds a little magic. On all sides, there is panelling of solid wood in rosewood colour, imparting a warm and cozy ambience to the space. The living room boasts of a 6-seater solid-wood dining table and a 7-seater suede leather sofa. There is high-speed Wi-Fi internet available and you can enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the 55-inch smart TV. ** Gryffindor-inspired Bedroom ** Step into the brave and bold world of Gryffindor, where courage and adventure come to life. Meant for those who want to channel the daring spirit of the iconic Hogwarts house, this room is filled with rich red and gold tones and magical details, symbolic of Gryffindor house. We have the full Harry Potter collection available here, so that you can re-read the magical adventures of the boy who lived. The Gryffindor room contains a king-size bed with an 8-inch comfy mattress, a 3-seater sofa and an en-suite bathroom. ** Slytherin-inspired Bedroom ** Step into the world of ambition, cunning, and power with this Slytherin-inspired bedroom. Designed for those who embrace the values of resourcefulness, leadership, and determination, this room channels the essence of the iconic Hogwarts house. Rich green and silver tones dominate the space, while sleek, sophisticated décor and subtle nods to the Slytherin crest create a bold, yet refined atmosphere. This bedroom contains a king-size bed with an 8-inch comfy mattress, 2 sofa chairs, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. From the bedroom balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain views- the majestic Himalayan peaks stretching into the sky, and the lush green valley below. ** Hufflepuff-inspired Bedroom ** A cozy, welcoming space filled with the values of loyalty, kindness, and hard work, for which Hufflepuff House is famous for. With soft golden and black tones, and subtle nods to the Hufflepuff badger, every detail reflects the house's welcoming and nurturing nature. You can enjoy a good book from the wall library collection or sit back and relax on the balcony, where the world of majestic mountains unfolds before you. This bedroom contains a king-size bed with an 8-inch comfy mattress, 2 sofa chairs and an en-suite bathroom. ** The Kitchen ** The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a toaster, microwave, blender, electric kettle, coffee pod machine and milk frother, and more. There is a 4-burner gas stove, ample counter space, full cutlery and all the pots, pans, and cooking tools you'll need. With a thoughtful layout and plenty of storage, everything you need is right at your fingertips. We also have a cook available on paid basis who can prepare delicious meals for you in the kitchen (order needs to be placed at least 1 day before). ** Other stuff ** We have heaters available for all rooms. There is hot running water available thanks to the installed geysers. There are enough blankets/duvets available so you’ll always be warm and comfy. As it does not get hot here, even in summers, we do not have ACs installed. We have pedestal fans available should you feel a bit warm. We have a cook available on paid basis who can prepare delicious meals for you in the kitchen (order needs to be placed at least 1 day before). Security deposit: We require a security deposit of 4000 rupees at the time of check-in. This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay, provided the property is left in good condition and there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. This includes access to all rooms, kitchen, washer and dryer and outdoor spaces such as balconies. You can read any of the books provided, cook meals, brew coffee and watch movies and your favourite shows on the 2 TVs provided. Please note that check-in runs from 2 pm to 10 pm. Check out is till 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. We are unable to allow bag drops at the moment. Sorry. Caretaker: The Wizards Den is located on the fourth floor and is accessible via a lift. There is a caretaker available who will provide assistance with check-in/check-out processes, answering questions, and addressing any concerns that arise during their stay. Cleaning: The maid cleans the property every day (dusting, vacuuming and mopping). She does not clean utensils and if you require her to clean the dishes, please tip her accordingly (minimum 100 rupees for each dish lot). Linen: Fresh linen (towels, bedsheets and covers) are provided on the day of check-in and replaced after 3 nights of use. Meals: We have a cook available on paid basis who can prepare delicious meals for you in the provided kitchen (order needs to be placed at least 1 day before).
