Escape to this luxury, newly built barn guest suite. Ideal for relaxation, this space features a beautifully furnished bedroom (with King-Size bed), lounge and bathroom. Surrounded by nature, enjoy serene views & peaceful surroundings. Perfect for a romantic getaway, work trip or solo retreat. We are located in peaceful East Sussex within easy reach of Glyndebourne, East Sussex National Golf Club, Bluebell railway and the historic town of Lewes, Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne & the South Downs. The space The guest suite has it's own entrance to ensure hassle-free comings and goings with self-check-in. The accommodation includes: - Luxury bedroom with a king-size bed (with high quality mattress and cotton sheets). There is a wardrobe and sideboard for your clothes. We have a single trundle bed. We also have a new travel cot with bedding which is available upon request. - You have access to a lovely lounge with a relaxing sofa, TV and a games console. Unlimited high-speed internet. - Dining area. There is a dining table and sideboard that comes equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery. We will provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and a welcome basket! There are no cooking facilities on site, however there are lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, pubs and takeaways in the local area (who wants to cook on their holidays anyway). - Large bathroom with a walk-in shower. You will also be supplied with super fluffy luxury towels. - The hallway has a cloakroom and somewhere to put your shoes and bags. - Free parking. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance. There is a key safe to get the key (the combination will be provided in due course) The garden has far-reaching views and a dedicated seating area. Please no smoking on the property.
