The space Welcome to your stylish Airbnb accommodation, where modern comfort and well thought-out furnishings come together harmoniously. The underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a cosy atmosphere as soon as you enter. In the practical utility room, you will find a washing machine, a drying rack, a handheld hoover, a robot vacuum cleaner and an iron with ironing board - everything you need for a carefree stay. The bedroom is a real highlight: it offers a spacious king-size bed (1.80 m x 2 m) for restful nights, an integrated workstation with armchair and a table that doubles as a dressing table, as well as a large wardrobe with mirror. For families, we have also thought of the little ones - a travel cot is available. The modern bathroom boasts a refreshing shower, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to experiment with culinary delights. The open-plan living and dining area, in which the kitchen and living room merge harmoniously, offers an integrated smart TV and a large, pull-out sofa - ideal for relaxing film evenings. Enjoy your stay in this thoughtfully designed accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Guest access The flat is located in the inner courtyard. You drive along the right-hand side of the house into a narrow driveway, towards the rubbish bins. In the courtyard, there are two parking spaces on the left-hand side. The one on the right belongs to the flat. Please only park there. The flat can be reached via the steel staircase on the 1st floor. Access: There is a keypad on the door. Entering the access code opens the entrance door. You will receive the code on the day of arrival. Other things to note You enjoy contactless check-in and can choose the time of arrival freely and independently. With my small travel guide at your disposal, you will quickly get a good overview of the surroundings and can orientate yourself quickly.
