Have no power? We've got you! This home comes with solar panels to provide electricity, when the power goes out, and you have nice air-conditioning too. Enjoy the upstairs portion of this home with balcony access, fresh country air, and hear the sound of the Puerto Rican Coqui at night and wake up to the sound of roosters in the morning. Enjoy fresh coffee as you prepare to venture out the nearby beaches (20-25 minutes), the bioluminescent bay, coffee farms, and many other day trips. Come! The space 2 bedrooms- 1st bedroom has 3 single twins beds, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 1 single twin bed. Full kitchen, 1 bathroom and living room. Guest access Upon request, guest may have access to washer and dryer. Blackstone grill and utensils for BBQ available upon request. Let staff know via message. Other things to note Host will provide initial toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish sponge, dish cloth, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen & bathroom garbage bags. Bath towels. Complimentary fresh ground coffee, creamers, sugars and herbal teas. 1 bottle water per guest in the refrigerator. Beach items available for your use: 4 camp chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 cart, 1 ice chest & 1 beach towel per guest.
