nice and clean private room with workspace at 3rd floor, a house in convenient place, up to the hill, climb steps and stairs. a few mins walkable distance to public transportation, buses run to subway 1, around 10 mins. then to manhattan, around 30 mins. a couple mins walkable distance to stores and supermarket, restaurants, and groceries. shared bathroom and kitchen, porch and back yard. If drive a car, parking on street. u need to arrive earlier, saay 5pm or 6pm, u can find a spot. no smoking.
