The villa overlooks the Minervois vineyards and the Black Mountain. The large covered terraces ensure you a good place to enjoy your meal, read a good book or enjoy many pleasant conversations over a good glass of local wine at any time of the day. It is also a good base for your excursions to the tourist sites of the region. The space Indoor: Entering the hall, on your left are the bedrooms, on the right the dining room, the living room and just in front of you is the full and comfortable kitchen, in which there is a fridge with freezer and 3 integrated drawers. The living and dining room are elegantly decorated and have French doors overlooking the large covered terrace. There are three bedrooms. All bedrooms have 2X 90X200 beds. All bedrooms have French doors opening onto a large covered terrace. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers, one with an additional toilet. There is a toilet in the entrance hall. The utility area houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room and all bedrooms have AC. Outdoor: The living room and bedrooms overlook the large covered terrace. These terraces overlook a large comfortable garden where you have a barbecue at your disposal. Here you will appreciate the calm and space of the beautiful landscape that surrounds the house. The heated pool (4 x 8) with the spacious terrace that surrounds it is located slightly below the house. By means of a wide staircase, you will arrive at this terrace where you can relax on the sun loungers. You can park your car on site. Other things to note Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are not included and are to be provided by the tenants.
