Villas Amantea 2, panoramic harbor views

Villa Amantea is located 45 minutes from Preveza airport and 3 hours from International Airport of Athens. Villa Amantea can organize for you the following services for our customers: -MINIBUS / taxi that takes you from Aktion Preveza airport to the Villas and from the Villas to the airport. (for a fee) The space The 4 villas are close to several beaches,Aktion-50min airport,the port of Sivota-3 min,Nidri-15min,Vasiliki-10min. At the port of Sivota you can find cafes, bars,nightclubs, family restaurants, mini-markets and bakeries. Villa Amantea2 is for 6 persons maximum, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There are 2 large bathrooms with showers. The living area has an equipped kitchen, a large table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa, and there is a balcony and a large covered terrace, both of them have panoramic views of  the bay of Sivota. The covered terrace is furnished with a second kitchen box, where you can make barbecue and eat or relax in the parlour. There is a stove, a sink,a table and a lounge with a rattan sofa, 2 armchairs and a cofee table. In the living room a flat-screen TV is also provided with satellite channels. Italian and American coffee machines, Internet access, a washing machine,a dishwasher, an iron a hairdryer, a generous supply of cutlery. There is Air- conditioning in the living room and in both double bedrooms. Each villa has a private garden divided by an oleander hedge ever blooming, and a private parking for one car. One very important thing for those who know Sivota is that the road leading to the villas is paved and the inside alley is completely tiled in stone. Outside there are  flowers and over 100-year-old olive trees. The Villas are 300 m from the sea. There are 2 possible ways to reach the bay of Sivota.There is a steep walking path of 300 m. and a normal side road, wich is around 900 m. and you can go by car. At the port of Sivota you can find cafes, bars, family restaurants, mini-markets and bakeries. For big supermarkets you can go to Vasiliki (a 10- minute drive) or to Lefkada (a 30- minute drive). At the port of Sivota there is a small beach, where motor boats, yachts, and inflatable boats can be rented. Guest access Private parking. Private garden for exclusive use. Large swimming pool 6 mtx12 mt with sun loungers and parasols Other things to note Larger and organised beaches are a 10-minutes drive in Vassiliki,Afteli,Amousso and many others. If you arrive with your own car, the residence owner will welcome you at the Sivota Port and lead you to the residence. You can book raft tours (also with a skipper), directly from the Port of Sivota Thera are 2 possible ways to reach the bay of Sivota. The villa must be provided back with the utensils, the stove, the oven, and barbecue cleaned as originally found and the waste trown in the garbage containers. If not there will be a fine of €80.
