Interior Features Kitchen: Fully equipped with premium Smeg appliances and a Nespresso pod coffee machine, the kitchen makes meal preparation effortless. Basic cooking essentials such as oil and spices are provided to help you get started. Living Room: The lounge area includes a plush sofa with four electric recliners, a large television with access to Netflix, Stan, and more, as well as air-conditioning for year-round comfort. Master Bedroom: This spacious retreat offers a luxurious king-size bed and a queen-size Koala fold-out sofa bed, perfect for children due to its low profile. The room also includes a generous ensuite with shower and toilet, plus air-conditioning. Second Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-size bed and an open wardrobe. Please note, access to this room is via the adjoining office. Third Bedroom: Contains a Queen size bed and a built-in wardrobe. Office: Equipped with a desk and monitor to support remote work. A cupboard is stocked with books and board games for leisure. Main Bathroom: Generously sized and includes a bathtub. The toilet is located separately to enhance privacy. Located in a quiet street with elderly neighbours, guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum to maintain the peaceful environment. Guest access You will have full access to the property, except the shed out the back. Please note, there is no driving/ parking of cars allowed through the side gate and into the carport, however there is plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway and also off-street parking.
