On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, a sofa bed for two and a baby cot, and the other with a double bed and a baby cot. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with showers for maximum comfort. The ground floor features a bright, open-plan living area with a fireplace, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is also a traditional stove, which can be used as an extra sleeping place. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a separate lounge with a sofa bed, a work desk and a wide selection of toys, books and board games – perfect for families with children. From May to mid-October, you can relax in the heated swimming pool with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The property also offers a spacious garden and an outdoor seating area with a barbecue under a pergola – ideal for warm summer evenings. Pets are welcome! The entire property is fully fenced, and both the house and the surrounding area are perfect for trips with your four-legged companions. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garden – completely private. Enjoy total privacy and a peaceful stay. The property has a driveway, and you can park your car right at the entrance. Other things to note 💦The pool (open from May to mid October) is heated to a pleasant 28 °C, and thanks to the cover it’s also safe for children. 🔥 In the evenings you can relax by the fireplace – firewood and kindling are ready for you. If you enjoy barbecuing, there’s a Weber grill waiting outside (wooden briquettes). 🛏️ Each room upstairs has its own private bathroom with a shower, and on hot days you’ll appreciate the air conditioning. In winter, the house is kept cozy with underfloor heating, the fireplace, or a traditional stove in the kitchen. ⛷️ During the winter season, the house is a perfect base for mountain lovers – you’ll find plenty of ski slopes and cross-country trails nearby.
