Other things to note Nature Disclosure: Our property is located in a beautiful rural area, which means guests may occasionally encounter bugs, insects, or small critters—especially during warmer months. We maintain the home with regular pest control and cleanliness, but sightings can still happen as part of the natural surroundings. To help minimize unwanted visitors: Please bag all trash securely and place it in the outdoor bin. If dining outside, be sure to clean up and avoid leaving food or drinks unattended. Keep doors closed when not in use to help prevent bugs and animals from entering the home. We do not offer refunds for encounters with bugs or animals, as they are a normal part of country living. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone! During pool season we have regularly scheduled cleaning and pool care. This will not affect your swim time and the pool professional does not need to come in the house. Thank you for understanding during maintenance.
