Cozy, two-story, peaceful house in the countryside offering relaxation, calm for all types of stays *family: babies/children:2 umbrella beds, high chair, children's games, bath chair.. *workers: office area *couples. Outdoor games available: balls, molkky, balls/board games wi-fi Equipment: dishwasher ,oven,microwave, coffee makers, toaster, kettle,tv.. The space On the ground floor: kitchen open to dining room and lounge . separate wc. bathroom . access to the enclosed garden with a dining and relaxation area: garden furniture/chiliennes and barbecue, outdoor games. Upstairs 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 Double bed 160×200 . Tv and extra toilet. 1 with 3 single beds 90×190. Of which 2 beds can be assembled to make a bed of 180×190. Guest access The cottage is close to the Loire for beautiful quiet and refreshing walks. It is also close to the "Loire by bike" course and the "Canal by bike " course. The house is equipped with a secure room to store bicycles or others like fishing rods for example ... if necessary. the house is also close to: - Château de Sully-sur-Loire - Sologne - Château de Chambord, Amboise... -Guédelon -Beauval - 1 hour from Paris. The gite has a parking space and there is also parking right across the street . The house is located in the village where there is a bakery and an inn (traditional dishes and Mauritian specialties) . There is also a petanque court nearby,a multi-sport field. This old house was mine for 5 years, work has been done but others remain to be done .... Other things to note Enclosed and wooded garden 2 terraces: a wooden front and one in the back with table and BBQ chairs to enjoy the calm 1 parking space in the cottage. 1 secure room to put bicycles (or other)
