Welcome to our cozy house, built in 2022, located only 1500 meters from Sälen city center and a short 8-minute drive from the Lindvallen ski slope. The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by forest and offers a perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment. We look forward to welcoming you to this amazing place! The space The cottage has a spacious living room with large panoramic windows that offer a fantastic view, as well as a warming fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for those who want to cook at home. There are two bedrooms with bunk beds, each room accommodating three people. The beds have a double bed on the lower floor and a single bed on top. The cottage also has a bathroom with both washing machine and dryer. Outside you will find a lovely terrace with its own barbecue, and just a few meters from the house is a sauna for your enjoyment. Guest access Those of you who book accommodation with us are most welcome to use the sauna. The sauna is shared between our two cottages, and we ask you to send a text message and let us know when you want to use it, so that we can coordinate the times with the guests in the other cottage. Other things to note Pre-check-in info Our cabins are unmanned, and we ask our guests to bring their own linen and towels. The beds downstairs are 120 cm wide and have two duvets (150x200 cm) as well as pillows (60x50 cm). The beds upstairs are 90 cm wide and have duvets (150x200 cm) as well as pillows (60x50 cm). Info for check out As our cabins are unmanned, we ask our guests to leave them in the same condition as upon arrival. We appreciate if you follow our cleaning checklist before checkout: 1. Leave two pillows and two duvets on each bed downstairs, as well as a pillow and duvet on each bed upstairs, to facilitate the order. 2. Do the dishes and empty the dishwasher. 3. Empty refrigerator, freezer and garbage. 4. Vacuum and wipe down (mop) floors. Vacuum cleaner is in the cupboard in bedroom 1. Mop and scrub bucket are in the cupboard in bedroom 1. 5. Clean the bathroom. Upon check out Close the patio door firmly. Lock the front door. Leave the key in the key box. Because our cabins are unattended, we ask our guests to dispose of food waste and other trash at a recycling center. You will find it closest to Gamlafjällvägen on the way to Lindvallen, or at the recycling center in Sälen (code 657). Thank you for taking care of the cabin!
