Welcome to our cozy house, built in 2022, located only 1500 meters from Sälen city center and a short 8-minute drive from the Lindvallen ski slope. The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by forest and offers a perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment. We look forward to welcoming you to this amazing place! The space The cottage has a spacious living room with large panoramic windows that offer a fantastic view, as well as a warming fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for those who want to cook at home. There are two bedrooms with bunk beds, each room accommodating three people. The beds have a double bed on the lower floor and a single bed on top. The cottage also has a bathroom with both washing machine and dryer. Outside you will find a lovely terrace with its own barbecue, and just a few meters from the house is a sauna for your enjoyment. Guest access Those of you who book accommodation with us are most welcome to use the sauna. The sauna is shared between our two cottages, and we ask you to send a text message and let us know when you want to use it, so that we can coordinate the times with the guests in the other cottage. Other things to note Information before check-in Our cottages are unmanned, and we ask our guests to bring their own bed linens and towels. The beds downstairs are 120 cm wide and have two duvets (150x200 cm) and pillows (60x50 cm). The beds upstairs are 90 cm wide and have duvets (150x200 cm) and pillows (60x50 cm). Information before check-out Since our cottages are unmanned, we ask our guests to leave them in the same condition as upon arrival. We appreciate if you follow our cleaning checklist before check-out: 1. Leave two pillows and two blankets on each bed downstairs, as well as a pillow and a blanket on each bed upstairs, to facilitate tidying up. 2. Wash and empty the dishwasher. 3. Empty the refrigerator, freezer and garbage. 4. Vacuum and mop the floors. Vacuum cleaners are in the cabinet in bedroom 1. Mop and bucket are in the cabinet in bedroom 1. 5. Clean the bathroom. At check out Close the patio door properly. Lock the front door. Leave the key in the lockbox. Thank you for taking care of the cabin!
