Kitchen & Dining: * A modern, fully equipped kitchen with light grey cabinets and marble-effect countertops. * Includes a coffee machine for your morning brew. * Dining table with four cheerful yellow chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal together. Bedrooms: * Two serene bedrooms with snug beds for a restful night's sleep. * One bedroom features a dedicated desk area, perfect for remote work or planning your city adventures. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment during their stay. Enjoy the space all to yourselves for a comfortable and private experience. Other things to note ---- Subject to availability ---- Early check-in is available from 14:00 - £15 Late check-out can be extended till 13:00 - £15 - Please respect the quiet hours (11pm-8am), when coming in and out of the property refrain from making too much noise during this time as this is a residential block. Breaking this will result in a warning and if not adhered to a £100 fee and termination of the stay with no refund. - Checking in earlier / Checking out later than the agreed time will result in a £50 charge (If this is after 1pm, this will incur an addition £30 per hour) - Lost Keys: A fee of £50 will be charged for each lost key. - No Pets allowed at the property - this will result in a £100 fine - Smoking inside (include Vaping) will result in a £125 charge. - 4 Guests max at the property - Any additional unapproved guests will result in a fine £150 per guest per night. - Parking is street parking, and is limited / First Come first serve.
