On the edge of the small village of Dubnitz is the newly built vacation home on a large, well-kept property. The house sleeps 4 persons only. Come to the terrace to relax and enjoy the large garden. You can park your bicycles in the separate outbuilding directly by the house. Parking spaces are available on the property. The vacation home "Berta" with 70 sqm of living space offers  space for 4 people on 2 floors. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with flat-screen TV and dining table. Integrated in the living area is a modern fitted kitchen in a country house style. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with double bed and TV. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower. A hairdryer is there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.  A washing machine with an integrated dryer is available for guests in the house. There is a crib and high chair. WiFi is available. There is a wallbox on the property so that electric vehicles can be charged on site.
