Apartment with private pool & fantastic panorama

One of the most magnificent views awaits you far and wide! In quiet surroundings, with lots of privacy and in the middle of Mediterranean nature with the typical olive and citrus trees, you can enjoy the well-deserved vacation and are still just under a 20-minute drive from miles of sandy beaches, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Within walking distance there is a tennis court (free) and a restaurant. Countless hiking trails invite you to explore the magnificent surroundings. The space The stylishly renovated, sun-drenched and 42 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and has a lot of privacy with its own entrance. We live on the upper floor of the house. The spacious living room has a cozy sofa, a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the modern kitchenette, equipped with a two-burner gas stove, hood, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the bedroom with the magnificent sea view and also mosquito net in front of the window, our guests sleep wonderfully in the comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). The room has a large closet, a dresser and a ceiling fan. In the large bathroom, a bathtub is also available in addition to the shower. The absolute highlight in the outdoor area is the 10 x 5 meter private pool, which is exclusively available to our guests. The other attraction is the huge terrace. From this, it offers breathtaking views across the valley to the sea. Two outdoor tables with the associated seating and shading options are ideal as cozy dining areas. Our guests can relax and enjoy on the cozy sun loungers, optionally under the large parasol. Within walking distance there is a tennis court that our guests can use free of charge (reservation required) as well as a restaurant with excellent cuisine. Countless hiking trails invite you to explore the magnificent surroundings. Guest access Parking is available for guests within the property. From the apartment with its own entrance you can directly access the large pool terrace and the 10 x 5 meter pool. Other things to note Due to its location, our place is unfortunately not suitable for children. Since a small dog already lives in the property, no pets are possible. No visitors, events or parties are allowed on the property.
