With full access to the public waterfront, there are comfy chairs right on the water's edge to enjoy The space This property is a fully equipped open plan studio with a queen size murphy bed, full kitchen & bathroom, as well as aircon, ceiling fans & internal laundry with washer & dryer. The light-filled open plan living area boasts a comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, & a cozy dining area. With 4 sets of French doors opening out onto a wrap-around deck with uninterrupted water views to let the beautiful lake, this is the perfect setting to unwind & relax. Enjoy soaking in the tranquility of the lake from the beautiful deck surrounded by gum trees & uninterrupted water views, complete with comfortable seating & an outdoor dining area with a Weber BBQ grill. You will also have full access to the waterfront (please note this is a public waterfront), where there are comfy chairs positioned right on the water's edge in the shade of the beautiful gum trees. Various water activities await you right in your own front yard. We offer a double couples kayak for use (no extra fee), Bring your gear and enjoy swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, and boating - allowing you to enjoy the lake during the day and then relax and unwind while watching the sunset in the seating area right on the lake edge with excellent stargazing at night. Please note Our Lake House is a separate dwelling (with its own private entrance & parking), located on the same land as the main house where the property owners reside. The main house is in front, close to the road and the lake house is on the lake side of the property, however they are on the same block. Please use the driveway on the left side of the main house to access the grass area where you can park right next to the cabin. The is a sign on the cabin that says "PARKING". This is where you can park for easy access to the cabin. Please do not drive down to the water front. No interaction with owners required, however you may see them at some point during your stay. The Lake House is a separate dwelling and there is self check in. There is a key lock box on the property for self check in. You will be provided with the check in details the day of your arrival.
