The space Welcome to our 4-bedroom cottage. The cottage features two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. Three of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor offers a cozy living room with its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience. One of the first-floor bedrooms also opens to a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying fresh air and scenic views. A warm and homely space, ideal for families and groups. Guest access ABOUT ITS LOCATION: Kud is well-connected with roads and highways. The nearest airport is Jammu Airport , located 105 kms from our place. The nearest railway station is Udhampur railway station located 36 kms from our place. Our property can be easily reached by public as well as private transport . When you depart from Jammu, take national highway 44, and before Chenani -Nashri Tunnel , at the roundabout, take the second exit which goes to Kud/Patnitop. After 12 kms, you will reach Kaffberry Restaurant. You can park the car on the street side and walk 150m downhill to reach the cottage. You can also type "Nikkus Villa Kud " on maps and drive to our location. Enjoy taking a walk in the nearby areas where the pure breeze passes by your soul. A few Shops are just 200 m away and main Kud market is just 1 km away. Other things to note ABOUT MEALS We offer SIMPLE HOME COOKED FOOD (payable) for our guests, using locally produced seasonal vegetables. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have meals at our place. You can also get takeaway delivery or satisfy your tastebuds by trying different delicacies from different food points of the town. ABOUT ACTIVITIES:- Bonfire- At night the guests can retreat to the patio and gaze at the twinkling constellations sitting amidst the warmth of bonfire, with soft music soothing your ears. It is the first tunnel in India with a fully integrated tunnel control system . As you cross the tunnel, 11 kms ahead is Peerah, famous for Rajmah chaawal that come doused in pure desi ghee along with tangy anaar daana chutney. SUDH MAHADEV: This highly revered Shiva temple is located 34kms away. A trishul of Lord Shiva is preserved over here.The Shivling here is believed to be 3000 years old.
