The island is located in Kosterfjorden - Proximity to Golf, fishing, sailing, windsurfing and paddling. In addition, great opportunities for shorter and longer trips both by bike and on foot. The space The island is located in Kosterfjorden - not far from Koster, Havstenssund/Grebbestad and there are many good opportunities for day trips by boat to both Koster, Grebbestad/Fjällbacka, Hamburgsund, Väderøarna, Strømstad and Smøgen. Very good conditions for Golf (all year), fishing (all year) (Lobster, sea trout, etc.), sailing, windsurfing and Kiting. The main house has electricity and wood heating all year round. Heater cables in the bathroom. The cabin can also be rented for weddings and celebrations. Guest access Guests can use the entire large cabin as well as the garden and the patio outside. Other things to note Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the patio with barbecue and dining table and a larger lawn on the back where it is great to play football or soccer. There's plenty of parking right by the cabin. Other things worth noting Large football pitch and a playground are about 600 meters away.
