Carey House sets at a private road with a very peaceful part of the Kingsborough Manor Estate, Eastchurch. It’s a luxury detached houses only residential area and near by all of the costal areas, beaches, restaurants, pubs and shopping areas nearby. From the front sitting room’s windows, it’s a pond in front and far sea view in a distance. It’s a place you can put your feet up relax and forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It’s a perfect place for family and relatives together The space Carey House is a beautiful substantial detached family house on three floors with 8 bedrooms, large garden, patio, nice kitchen, garage and driveway for free parking few cars. It’s located at a private no though road in a luxury estate nearby the seaside, costal tractions on the Island of the Sheppey in Kent. It’s an ideal place for a large family vacation, friends or relatives to reunite who are interested a relax and happy time together. Kingsborough Manor Estate is one of the best luxury destinations for a holiday or long weekends. The house includes: Ground floor double garage, hallway leads to all floors and rooms, office/study room with single bed, family room with two sofa beds, corner sofa, TV and PS4, lobby, cloakroom leads to showroom with toilet, family bedroom with cot and shared showroom. First floor landing to a large bright sitting room with sofas, TV and double Franch doors to the balcony over looking a pond & distance sea viewing, double bedroom with sofa and dressing table, large kitchen with dinning room and double Franch doors to lead into back garden. Top floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with super kingsize bed, dressing room leading to bathroom, the 2nd bedroom with kingsize bed a cot bed, the 3rd bed room with double bed & extra single bed for family of three, the 4th bedroom with kingsize bed with sofa. All of rooms have automatic air fresh systems. There are a outdoor garden & chair on the back patio and there is large garden with lawns on 3 levels. Guest access Guests can use most of the house except the ground floor storage room and one of wardrobe in the master bedroom for storage items of the house and some beddings & towels. Other things to note House rules: 1, It’s a very private and end of no thought road and all neighbours enjoy their quiet & privacy life style. We would like to have a noise control and quiet time in the night after 10:00pm until 8:00am next morning. 2, Only park on our own driveway and in the garage up to 3 cars. Don’t park on the private part of the road or outside the neighbour’s side of the road or opposite the neighbour’s houses in Carey Close.  If you have more then 4 cars then you can park few hundred yards away on the public side of the road near by but don’t blocked any neighbour’s driveway. I will leave a remote control key for garage door to you for parking 1 large car inside and you can double parked just outside our own driveway only if you have more then 3 cars. 3, There are fully installed carpets though out the house. It’s a no shoes rule inside the house and we would like to request you take your shoes off inside the house and leave your shoes in the lobby or checkroom. You can bring your own indoor footwear or slippers. 4,  There are 3 rubbish bins outside the front garden for  house holding rubbish, garden’s waste and recycling separately. Please use the bins correctly and follow the different colours for recycling. Green bin: for household rubbish in the block bin bags. Blue bin: for recycling items by its own without any black bin bags. Brown bin: for garden’s rubbish. 5, Please keep your pets clean after the walk and pick up their drops with bags then put into the yellow bin outside the side door in the garden.  6, No pets allowed in beds or on the sofas as the furnitures are very delicate & difficult to clean.  7, Please keep your baby’s items clean and put the baby’s wastes clean into the correct bin.  8, there are some rosewood dining tables and furniture which need special cares and please use the table mats to protect them when you have hot meals. 9, You can set up your own central heating and hot water supplies by your own choice though the separate  containers from ground floor and master bedroom. The 24 hours hot water supply controller is in the airing room on the top floor. The central heating system also can be managed on the wall from the laundry room. For an extra house supply of hot water and heating, you just need press the green buttons from the control units in laundry room.  10, it’s non smoking house inside the property but you can smoke in the back garden. Please dispose your smoking wastes safely into the bin without any hot ash. 11, it’s a no shoes policy in the house and please change your shoes in the house to sleepers when you come in to the house especially upstairs on the carpets.  12, You have to setup and connect your own mobile/laptop/games with the internet and also set up the TV units in different rooms by yourself with the password.
