The Annex at Pen Y Bryn Barns

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Pen y bryn barns is situated just outside the coastal town of Llantwit Major (5 mins drive)In the Vale of the Glamorgan, within 10 minutes drive of Cardiff Airport. This converted barn has its own private entrance with the hosts living in the connected main barn. An ideal location for walking enthusiasts and cyclists with quaint public houses and the market town of Cowbridge within a five minute drive . The Annex is all on one level. The space We have 1 king size bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room, the bathroom is off the living room. The space is ideal for a couple or two adults with up to two children. Not ideal for four adults. The kitchen is open plan into the living room. This annex has its own entrance but forms part of a U shaped barn and we live in the main part. As it is connected to our home it is not suited for people wanting to party but those who are seeking a quiet countryside location and don’t mind occasionally saying hello to our two cocker spaniels . We can advise on costal walks and cycling routes. Guest access The courtyard is available to use for outdoor dining and enjoyment during your stay. We have a small paddock ideal for letting your four legged friend stretch its legs. Other things to note This is a U shaped barn and we live in the main part. The annex it at the far end of one side but self contained with its own entrance. You are welcome to use the patio in our courtyard . Due to the peaceful countryside setting of our barn and the fact we live on site we kindly ask that no music after 10.30 and no parties allowed. Due to its countryside setting a car is essential unless you love a good walk! As for pets we allowed one well behaved dog but sorry no other types of animal.
