T2 apartment of about 30 sqm in the center of Pont Réan and about 500 meters from a bus line to RENNES. This location is ideal for walks of all kinds with the towpath nearby to go to the boël. It is a fairly old apartment but which offers essential services, it will receive work soon but the value for money is good. Linens and towels are optional for stays of less than 3 nights (15 euros) The space The apartment is non-smoking. The apartment does not offer recent services except for some furniture. The toilet is new, the bedding is new, the fridge is new, the radiators are new, the induction hob is new and the pots and pans are new. The building will be refurbished by the end of 2027, so the apartment cannot be renovated further to date, but I offer good value for money, particularly with regard to comparable offers and the price of hotels in the Rennes metropolitan area. Other things to note The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the PONT REAN towpath, allowing you to reach the Boêl or RENNES by bike or on foot.
