Relax in this unique and tranquil space where young and old will find something to take care of and have fun in! From billiards to pinball to arcade, dartboard, foosball, and fist machine, you'll never get bored. Relaxing time in the outdoor Jacuzzi available for free or a dip in the pool, everything will be done to ensure you have a pleasant time. Possibility to host camping car/motorcycles The space In the heart of this home, you'll find everything that makes it unique: A studio part with two-seater reversible bed, open shower with mirror, toilet with mirror and sink but also a kitchenette area with microwave, grain coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, electric hob (a fire), a small fridge and a kettle. This room also has an overhead projector to project movies or cartoons for the little ones all adjoining the game room in which you will find board games, arcade, fists machine, foosball machine, PlayStation 5, billiards, dart games and our star: the pinball machine. This room also contains a TV As well as a reversible sofa (note it is extra, so if you have back issues please choose the studio bed) that can be used by two additional people (supplement to be provided 15 euros per day and per person in addition constituting a water/electricity supplement) There is also a large table (pool table) to eat with friends. The accommodation is adjoining but not communicating with our main residence, the common areas such as the garden are therefore shared, nevertheless we are not invasive! Everything will be done to make sure you are quiet, safe and at home! In summer, it is obvious that our children and we ourselves will have access to our outdoors and our swimming pool even in your presence, which will also allow us to spend friendly moments! The spa is a free service offered, not included in the nightly rate. Its use depends on its proper functioning and the necessary maintenance. But wait, that's not all: 📍 The Location that Makes Everything Simple: • 2 minutes from the A75, towards Montpellier (perfect for road-trippers and those who want to avoid complicated detours). • Gas station right next door, to leave with a full tank (and avoid pushing the car). • Exit 20: easy to find, impossible to get lost. • And the icing on the cake: the restaurant that's not far away, La Locanda. Perfect for a great meal without struggling to find a place to eat. (Please note: Closed Mondays!) In short, everything is designed to ensure you have a 5-star stay, whether it's bubbling in the hot tub, hitting pinball scores or exploring the surroundings. So what are you waiting for? Other things to note Close to A75 (2 minutes) and Close to RN 102 Several important notes to read: Accommodation for two people but the sofa in the games room can be used to accommodate two extra people. There is still an extra bed that is not necessarily the most comfortable and this one also contains the motorcycles of the owner of the premises (it may smell a little like gasoline) in vain the motorcycles can be removed on request Our nice dogs live outside and participate in the life of the place, they stand guard, welcome guests as well as we do, and enjoy their freedom. They don't enter your accommodation, but they are part of the premises so although we keep them away you may come across them. If you're not comfortable with dogs, our little corner of nature may not be ideal for you. They are two, they consider themselves brother and sister and call themselves Leicko and Ulya. You are at the heart of our family home but you have your dependency on you. We will therefore meet during the stay with a smile 😀 The hot tub is available daily from 3pm to 10pm. The rest of the time, it is in the cleaning and heating phase to ensure water that is always clean and at the right temperature. The spa is a free service offered, not included in the nightly rate. Although we ensure that they work properly, a sudden failure can unfortunately occur. In the event of a malfunction, we cannot always guarantee immediate repair. The presence of a temporarily unavailable game cannot be the subject of a complaint or a negative review. The pool is accessible from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. because the rest of the time it is also being cleaned during the summer only. Important: The exteriors of the property (garden, terrace, spa, etc.) are shared with the owners. Even if we let you enjoy your stay in peace, we remind you that the spa is a relaxation and wellness area, and should not be used for inappropriate or intimate behavior.
