Very nice new house in Latour de Carol, modern, warm and comfortable south-facing with terrace and small garden. Ideally located for all types of sports and outdoor activities. For skiing you will be an equal distance from Font Romeu and Andorra. The nearest station is Porté Puymorens. This house is part of a set of two identical houses, available for vacation rental, they are perfectly independent. The space Within walking distance of hiking trails, walks along the river, the village center with its shops: bakery, bar, restaurants and grocery store, doctor and pharmacy 2 km away. Ideally located for all types of activities, mountain bikers, walkers, mushroom gatherers, nature lovers will find their delight. For skiing you will be equidistant from Font Romeu and Andorra, the nearest resort being Porté Puymorens with its authentic mountain style, family and warm. For the atmosphere of Spain with its shops, bars and restaurants, Puigcerda is less than 10 min drive and 40 min walk. From Carol's Latour International Station, you can walk to the village. Trains from this station run daily to Toulouse or Barcelona. The famous little yellow train will allow you to discover Cerdanya in the direction of Perpignan , in summer in its uncovered wagon! The train (4 per day) passes in front of the house but it will not bother you... composed of very few cars and driving at very low pace sinceit starts or enters the station! The house with a surface area of 85 m² is intended to accommodate 6 people for holidays with family or friends with its three bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets, a beautiful living room and fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the garden and a covered terrace. On the ground floor, the bedroom has a double bed in 150. Upstairs, the two bedrooms each have two 90 beds that can be brought together. Every room has ample storage. Bed and bath linen is provided. Heating: 1 blowing towel dryer in the bathroom. The rest of the house is heated with a pellet stove that you will need to power and clean on a daily basis (a simple vacuum is enough). You will have at your disposal 1 bag of pellets per day. Your ski gear will be safe in cabinets under the covered terrace. Bikes can also find their place there.
