However, please be aware that we do not have backup generators, nor do we have control over power interruptions. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such situations. Tissue, linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own basic toiletries. 🏡 HOUSE RULES: *Please respect our property. *Clean as you go! *Kindly turn off the lights, airconditioners and other appliances when not in use. *Clean as you go. Wash the plates and other kitchenwares after using them. *Dispose your garbage properly. *Smelly food like durian and dried fish should be eaten outdoors. *Limit noise beyond 10 PM. *No free daily cleaning. *You may request to change your bedsheets every 7 days. *Damages/lost items will be charged accordingly. *Excess pax will be charged per night. *No smoking *No pets *No parties or events We require 1 valid ID deposit.
