Welcome to our townhouse in Börnsen. Börnsen is a cozy community that impresses with its natural location and short connection to Hamburg via the A25. Our attic studio + living room is the perfect fit for 2 people. Whether for business, in transit, a short visit to friends and family or as a short trip to relax. The accommodation is just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Dalbek Gorge, an ideal place for relaxing walks in nature. The space Via the shared entrance area you can reach the the 1st floor, the living room with connection to the roof studio. The living room is equipped with a workplace, dining table for 2-4 people, 2-seater sofa, coffee table, sideboard and a coffee/tea station with mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Through another staircase you reach the roof studio. The attic studio is equipped with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), 2-seater sofa, built-in closet, TV and adjoining toilet shower room. Guest access The living area is on the upper floor of the house. The entrance area is shared by guests and hosts. During your stay I respect the privacy of my guests and keep myself in the background.
