During earthquakes, the building may sway to absorb strong shaking (seismic isolation system). Smoking Policy Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes. For Guests Staying Multiple Nights Towels and bed sheets are not replaced. Please use the washing machine if needed. No cleaning service is provided during your stay. [Important] In the event of complaints due to excessive noise, you may be asked to leave immediately. Security Camera In accordance with local government guidance, a security camera is installed at the entrance. Other Rules Please strictly follow the rules below. Violations may result in fines. If the room is excessively dirty, an additional ¥30,000 cleaning fee may be charged. If any items are lost or damaged, the replacement cost may be charged. Please separate garbage according to the instructions provided. Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop. Smoking near the entrance is strictly prohibited. If smoking indoors is detected, a ¥30,000 penalty will be charged. Disposal of large items (e.g., suitcases) is not available. If left behind, a ¥30,000 disposal fee will be charged. Refunds or cancellations based on subjective judgments (e.g., smell, stains, mold) will not be accepted.
