Nearby attractions: (30min approx.) Dallas Convention Center, ATT Stadium, Cotton Bowl, American Airlines Center, Galaxy Drive in Theatre, Texas Motorplex Racing. House Rules: No parties or events, not suitable for pets due to allergies, smoking allowed on backyard patio, cleaning up after yourself is a must. The space This home has an amazing use of space and so many extras. This immaculately maintained and cared for home is ready for you and it feels just like new. Come relax and enjoy. We are FIFA World Cup 2026 ready! The floorplan is a great use of space with the 4th bedroom currently being used as an office just as you come into the home. The Open Livingroom and Eat In Kitchen concept is perfect with a breakfast bar and plenty of Counter and Cabinet space. Each room is private with a key, and comes with a wall mounted tv with remote, mini fridge, night stand, desk and chair, ample closet space, extra shelf space, fresh towels, sheets, blankets, and toiletries. Our bedrooms have access to a full private bathroom thats a jack n jill model with locking doors inside and outside for additional privacy. Our home is in a new subdivision surrounded by farms, ranches, distribution hubs, and warehouse industrial parks. We have easy freeway access to anywhere in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. The City of Wilmer has small town country amenities. We are 25-30min from downtown Dallas. Near Lancaster, Desoto, Ferris, Ennis, Hutchins, Mesquite, Sunnyvale. 25min SE of the Dallas Convention Center. Guest access Bedrooms are private with locking doors and keys, mini fridge and tv w/remote, bathroom is shared with locks on both sides inside and outside for privacy, shared kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, airfryer available Cleaning up after yourself is a must. We have a shared living room and dining room. I'll provide front door code after checkin. No access to garage. Free parking on street. Washer Dryer available just buy your own laundry products. Guest Engagement: Many of our guests are weary travelers visiting Texas on a layover from overseas travel, on assignment with long 10-12 hour shifts at one of our newer distribution warehouses nearby, attending concerts, musicals, week long conventions, and tradeshows. Some are traveling executives and government employees on business trips. Some of our guests are visiting Dallas with family nearby but prefer to stay at a cozy airbnb, while some are just needing a relaxing mommy break from the norm for a few days. We are open to short or long term stays for whatever reasons. We are a drama free zone and our guests seem to enjoy it that way.
