Description

"Drift in" is a large family house on a private estate within a few hundred meters of the private Elmer Sands beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach and can be let off if well behaved. The house is designed in two parts; the main house and a self contained integral annex, making it ideal for large families or groups. Each part of the house has its own facilities. Located in West Sussex, there is easy access to attractions in Brighton, Portsmouth and to the South Downs National Park. The space The main house has a large fully equipped family kitchen with dining table for at least 8 people. The lounge has sliding patio doors to the covered veranda with patio dining furniture. There is a ground floor WC with washing machine and tumble drier. On the first floor of the main house there is a large bedroom with sea glimpses from the windows. This room has a king size bed and TV. There are two further twin bedded double bedrooms - one with TV. Finally there is a small bunk room. There is a family bathroom and separate shower room. The annexe can be accessed via the main house lounge via the interconnecting door, or via it's own front door. There is an open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge/utility with washing machine and tumble drier. Again, there are sliding doors to the veranda. There is a ground floor bedroom with king size bed and adjacent family bathroom. On the first floor there is a twin double bedroom. The property is located on a small privately gated estate with private beach access. During the summer weekends this is security controlled to prevent unauthorised parking etc. Summer guests will be provided with a permit. The estate has a small children’s play area and basketball court at the end of the road to the property. There is a One Stop convenience store about 1 mile away. Tesco express 2.5 miles and numerous larger supermarkets within 10 minutes drive. We still have three pubs in our village! The furthest 15 mins walk. Closest 3 mins. Good takeaways on normal delivery services and a rated Chinese in the village which is collection only. If there is anything you need assistance with or guidance with, I’m happy to help! Guest access All of the house is available. There is parking for at least 5 vehicles on two driveways. There is an enclosed rear garden.
