Deluxe master, dream kitchen, hot tub, sleeps 6-8

Nestled on 5 treed acres, this luxurious unit of a duplex accommodates 6-8 guests in 3 bdrms (2 are master suites) 2 full baths. The master includes a family room with a smart TV, gas fireplace, a jetted tub, a dual headed walk in shower, a dedicated office workspace, and private laundry. Features a gourmet kitchen, and exclusive use of the private hot tub. Located just 7 short mins to a large grocery store and 20 mins to N. Spokane. Close to many lakes and ski Mountains. The space Hi, we live nearby but keep our garden and chickens at this property. We do visit the back property by the shops to care for the garden (in the summer) and the chickens year round. We do not interact with guests and respect your complete privacy in the home and fenced yards during your stay. Guest access This is a duplex set up. There is no access to the garage but there is plenty of outside parking. This rental has exclusive use of the hot tub and fenced pool area. The back deck where the BBQ is and the small fenced area with the little tikes play set is a shared area with the other half of the house. The trails, fire pit, and tree fort/zip line are shared areas. Access to the triple decker fort and zip line is allowed conditionally November 1-March 15th based on weather. We do no recommend access when snow or ice is present due to risk of injury from slippery surfaces. Access to the shops and chicken areas are not allowed. It is far enough from the home I doubt anyone will notice, but full disclosure. :) A security deposit is taken as a pre-approval, not a charge (except in rare cases where it is refunded with no damages or fees).
