The smaller room has the same amenities except it has a twin size bed. There's a full kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, & newer washer and dryer in basement. There's uncovered parking behind the garage & in the driveway. Other things to note There is a fireplace, however it is NOT useable! Decoration only. Any indication of trying to break the lock on the fireplace will result in a $300 fine.
