Beautiful, old fashioned archipelago home. The house has a lovely garden and a beach with a sauna nearby. This is a old archipelago home so there are no toilet and shower in the house but we have a cosy outhouse. Regarding the shower make sure to bring nature friendly soap and use the ocean as your shower. The perfect get away for the ones who seek a quiet and peaceful environment with friends, family or your partner. The space The islands name is Koholmen and the distance from Stockholm is 45 minutes. We will pick you up with boat on the mainland and the boat ride is just two minutes. When you arrive our host will inform you of everything you need to know during your stay, but be sure to read the information before arrival. The adress for pick up is Bammarbodavägen 131. You will park by the t-shaped wooden pier. If you come with bus you go to Åkersberga centrum and take bus nr 620 to bammarboda vägskäl. If you come from Stockholm and you dont have a car You can take a ferry from Strömkajen in central Stockholm and go to Stora Timrarö where we will pick you up. We give you two rides with the boat one when you get here and one when you leave. One pickup transfer for your group is included both ways and you all go at the same time. If anyone arrives later: additional trips to and from the mainland is charged 450 SEK/roundtrip. We charge 600 SEK for a roundtrip to Ljusterö. There are no stores on the island so you have to bring all the food, hygien articles you need before getting to the island. If you want we can make you breakfast in the morning with newly baked bread and much more. If you want to book breakfast make sure to tell us one week before your arrival. Or you can bring your own breakfast. Towel and sheets can be rented for the cost of 170kr/person and the breakfast feed is 110kr/person per day. Barbeque is only allowed when there are no danger of fire and the grill will be placed out if it is ok to barbeque. The island is 1 km long with a lot of beautiful beaches, cliffs and nice walk paths along the water, find your favorite place and enjoy life! Some activities are available for rent such as zip-line, sauna, kayak, gym. We have been doing a environment work here on the island for 22 years and you will be apart of that. We are very carefull about the environment so make sure you recycle your trash.
