Forget your worries in this spacious and serene split level home in the country. Enjoy the early sunrise in the back, and magnificent sunsets in the front. Justin's Place is 8 miles (16 minutes on Route 250) to downtown Charlottesville and University of Virginia. It is within minutes of wineries, breweries, and hiking. Justin's Place is walking distance to Keswick Hall Hotel and Keswick Hunt Club. The space Justin's Place is a split level home, with three levels. On the first level is one bedroom with attached bath, and the laundry room. On the middle level is the dining room, kitchen and great room. The upper level has two bedrooms, office, and a bathroom. There is a queen size air mattress for the office if needed for a 4th bedroom. Guest access Guests can use the entire house. Other things to note We only have 3 rooms set up as bedrooms, but the fourth room does have an inflatable Queen mattress if required.
