Spacious home for a big group. Its perfect for a quick night stay to your next adventure or a weekend getaway to enjoy Bland Co. Mountains and local attractions (Pipestem, Appalachian Trail, Hatfield & McCoy atv trail). its 5 minutes off I-77. The house is located in a quite subdivision with only one neighbor, and alot of room to park. Enjoy the yards & woods. It has a toy area, two living rooms, two dinning areas, a fully stocked kitchen, with great Wifi to work from home. The space Eagle's Nest is a single house sitting on 5 acres of land. When you enter the house you will see the first dinning room that seats 6 on the left, a hall way on your right and straight ahead the kitchen and second dinning room, which also seats 6. Down the hall you will find the Master bedroom with a Queen size bed, and full bathroom. A second bedroom with a full size bed. A third bedroom with a Queen and single bed. You will also find a second full size bathroom. Past the kitchen you will find a den living space, wood fireplace, and workplace area and the entrance to the second living room. In that room has the TV, toy room and a sleeper couch that is a queen and access to the fourth bedroom that has a bunk bed and single bed. This house is on top of a hill to the Left. The front yard has a basket ball hoop,firepit area and is a great place for the kids to play or to relax by the fire. The back yard leads to hiking trails through the woods. There is a large parking area for multiple cars. The house is ranch style and its bigger than first glance. Multi living spaces makes it easier for large groups. If you want to bring more people and they sleep on the couches, you are welcome to free of charge, just bring them linens and towels. Please note we still have a few things to polish but its all safe, nice and comfortable. Guest access You have a lock box by the front door you will get a code, and check-in time can be late to make it easier for you. Their are 3 small steps to access the front porch, and 1 step to enter the front door. Other things to note PETS: Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds, if fur is found, an additional charge will be sent to guests for the cleaning. PETS MUST BE CRATED IF YOU LEAVE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME. Please walk your dogs at the back yard, or side yards. NOT THE FRONT YARD.
