Other things to note The house is quiet and yet conveniently located. The train station is 7 minutes by foot and a bus stop can be reached in just one minute. Shopping facilities are also in walking distance. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature and is perfect for long walks, especially along the Aare, which is just 300 meters away. The house is ideal for longer stays and offers the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. If you are a smoker, this is possible outside of the property. Depending on the length of stay, I charge a small flat rate per week for the use of various everyday things.
