The Bayport Casita is a very luminous and inviting place. Minimalist in style, the house has an extensive Zen garden all around, giving it privacy and lots of natural light. The rental includes a separated main section of the house with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, screened sunporch , living room and outdoor parking. The space Minimalist mid modern furniture, with lots of natural light. Usonian feel, beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright-style leaded windows in the living-room. Cozy screen porch attached to the kitchen. Zen garden around the house. Guest access Living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with TV, all spaces have large windows that can be opened for sunlight and fresh air. Bathroom with shower/bathtub. Kitchen with sunny screened porch, bistro table and chairs for Al fresco breakfast and lunch. Enclosed patio for grilling and outdoor dinning area in the back of the house. Other things to note Parking for up 2 cars only in the stone driveway or the street. Please, do not park in the cement driveway or block the garage or the Alley. The owner uses the cement driveway and garage. If you need to bring a boat, motorcycle, or other, please let us know and we might be able to accommodate your needs at an extra cost. Please add the number of guests and pets in your reservation. Up to 4 guest stay at no extra fee. More than 4 guest & pets pay extra guest fee per night. Guest are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs. Undeclared guests or pets may result in extra fees or other penalties such as cancellation.
