A private cottage only steps from the water includes unobstructed water views and a patio with an outdoor dining table for six and four lounge chairs. Please note the patio is adjacent to the common area fire-pit area. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite and shower. The two additional bedrooms also have queens and share a bathroom with a separate entrance. The working kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a counter with seating for four. The adjacent living room with TV and couch is cozy and a great way to wind down after a long day. Common Areas There are two grills available for your convenience and also a solo stove firepit area with eight adirondack chairs. The fire pit is on the waters’ edge and is truly a special way to end the evening and a chance to meet new people who are also enjoying a stay at one of our cottages. These spaces are a common area and we ask you to please respect other guests staying at the property who may be using these spaces and items. Thank you!! Activities and Local Attractions Kids can enjoy fishing and crabbing from the docks while you relax on the second-floor deck. Explore Downtown Mystic. Downtown Mystic is just over a 5-minute drive away, the journey can be enjoyed using one of our provided bikes. Mystic is home to renowned attractions like the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport. The small town of Noank also has some great on-the-water dining spots that are not to be overlooked and only 3 minutes away. Looking for something different?
